The quote sets out the proposed service, estimated time, price and applicable terms so that you can review them before deciding.
Once the quote is accepted, we move on to scheduling. We agree the frequency and available time slot with you. Wherever possible we favour continuity with a cleaner who knows your home and instructions. If that cleaner is unexpectedly absent, we contact you to discuss the available options.
The products and equipment used for the visit are agreed in advance. Fast Clean supplies the products and equipment covered by the service, while any vacuum cleaner or iron required is provided by the client. Our team follows the agreed cleaning method and your instructions for the home.
Quality checks and client feedback help us identify points that may need attention. If you are present, you can raise any comments directly; if you are absent, you can contact us afterwards so that we can review them with you.
