Free online or phone quote

Everything starts with a free, no-commitment quote. Contact us by phone, email or via our online form. We discuss your needs: surface to clean, desired frequency, rooms involved, specific constraints (pets, allergies, fragile surfaces). Within 24 business hours, you receive a transparent quote detailing the hourly rate, estimated hours and any specific services. No hidden fees, no nasty surprises. You compare calmly before committing.

Scheduling a suitable time slot

Quote accepted, we move on to scheduling. You choose a slot that fits your lifestyle: morning, afternoon, fixed weekday, weekly, bi-weekly or monthly frequency. We assign you a dedicated team that will come regularly, to build a relationship of trust and learn your habits. In case of unexpected absence of your cleaner, a trained colleague takes over without service interruption. You systematically receive an email confirmation before each visit.

Intervention with eco-friendly products

On the day, our team arrives with all the professional equipment and products needed. You provide nothing. We favour eco-friendly, non-aggressive products that respect your health, your children and your pets. Our team is trained in professional cleaning techniques: high dusting first, floors last, dedicated microfibre per type of surface, two-bucket method to avoid recontamination. We wear shoe covers when needed and strictly respect your personal instructions.

Quality control and client validation

Before leaving your home, our cleaner performs a systematic quality check using a detailed checklist: main rooms, contact points (handles, switches), bathrooms, kitchen, floors. If you are present, we proceed to a joint validation and note your remarks immediately. If you are absent, we send you a summary and remain available for feedback in the hours that follow. This traceability helps us identify improvement areas and guarantee a constant standard across all interventions.

Satisfaction guarantee within 48h

Our commitment goes beyond the intervention itself: if any detail does not satisfy you, you have 48 hours to let us know. We come back free of charge to redo the relevant areas, no questions asked. This satisfaction guarantee has been written into our general terms since 2012. Your feedback is precious: it nourishes our continuous training and processes.
