How often?
For a professional practice, 1 to 3 visits per week are usually enough, depending on your client flow and the number of offices.
Our advice: many practices choose 2 visits per week: one early in the week to start on clean premises, and one at the end of the week after client appointments. That keeps the reception and washrooms, the most visible to visitors, always presentable. We fine-tune it together after the first few weeks.
VAT that is recoverable
Most professional practices are VAT-registered in Luxembourg. In that case, the VAT, currently 17%, charged on our cleaning service is in principle recoverable as input VAT. In practice, the net cost of the service stays VAT-neutral for your practice's accounts.
