Two Options, One Goal
Regular upkeep and one-off requests are reviewed for each building. Only the areas and tasks listed in the quote are included.
Regular Common Area Maintenance
Regular communal-area cleaning is organised around how the building is used. Entrance halls, staircases, lifts and other shared spaces can be included when they appear in the quote; the frequency is agreed after the site visit.

- Elevators (cabin and doors)
- Bin rooms
- Shared basements
- Shared laundry rooms

One-Off Cleaning Requests
After building work or another one-off event, we can review the shared areas concerned. The work, access requirements, equipment and availability are assessed before anything is included in the quote.
- Areas reviewed during the site visit
- Floor cleaning according to the agreed scope
- Directly accessible interior and exterior glazing, when included in the quote
- Products and instructions agreed in the quote
- Shared outdoor areas when specifically included
- Post-construction tasks defined after the visit
Cleanliness: Your Building's First Impression
The entrance hall is one of the first shared spaces residents and visitors see. A written cleaning plan makes it clear which floors, staircases, lifts and other communal areas are included and how often they are serviced.
A clean entrance hall is a building that inspires confidence.

How It Works
A clear process for defining and organising the cleaning of your building.
Site Visit & Assessment
We visit your apartment building to assess the common areas: surface area, number of floors, type of flooring and specific requirements of your building.
Tailored Proposal
Together, we define the frequency and services that suit your building. The quote and contract set out what is included and the applicable terms.
Ongoing Quality Control
A main contact person follows the service and reviews your feedback with the team. This gives you a clear point of contact throughout the contract.
Frequently Asked Questions About Apartment Buildings
How often should an apartment building be cleaned?
The frequency is defined after the site visit, based on the size and use of the building and the areas included. It is then recorded in the quote or contract.
Who should contact you: the property manager or the co-owners?
This page is for co-owners and owners' committees: ask us for a quote and submit it at the general meeting for approval. Are you a professional property manager? Our dedicated offer is in the business section.
What does an apartment building cleaning contract include?
The contract sets out the communal areas and tasks agreed for the building, such as entrance halls, staircases, landings, lifts, bin rooms, basements or car parks. If the contracting party is a private customer, the contract is open-ended, has no minimum term and can be ended with an ordinary notice period of 15 days. For a professional property manager, the contract duration or commitment and the ordinary notice period are stated on the first page of the offer. The contract and any incorporated Terms and Conditions apply in addition.
Can you review an urgent one-off request?
Contact us with the circumstances and the areas concerned. We will review what may be possible, subject to the work required and team availability, before confirming anything in writing.
Do you cover car parks and outdoor areas?
Indoor car parks or shared outdoor areas can be discussed. They are included only when the site visit confirms the work is suitable and the quote lists the relevant areas and tasks.
