Two Options, One Goal
Whether you need regular maintenance for your common areas or a one-off deep clean, our team adapts to the specific needs of your co-ownership building.
Regular Common Area Maintenance
Regular communal-area cleaning helps keep a building welcoming. Our teams work to the agreed schedule -- weekly, fortnightly or monthly -- and follow the tasks set out for each shared space. From entrance halls to staircases, lifts and utility rooms, the service is adapted to the building and its residents.
- Entrance halls and corridors
- Staircases and landings
- Elevators (cabin and doors)
- Bin rooms
- Shared basements
- Shared laundry rooms
- Indoor car parks
One-Off Deep Clean & Restoration
Some situations call for a thorough deep clean. After building works, water damage, or simply for a spring clean of your building, our team can assess the areas concerned and propose suitable work. The scope of any one-off deep clean is defined in the quote.
- Complete top-to-bottom clean
- Floor stripping and restoration
- Common area window cleaning
- Full disinfection
- Outdoor area cleaning
- Post-construction restoration
Cleanliness: Your Building's First Impression
The entrance hall is the calling card of your building. It is the first space your visitors, prospective tenants and neighbours see every day. Well-maintained common areas reflect the professionalism of the co-ownership and directly contribute to your property value. Conversely, a neglected lobby, dusty staircases or a dirty elevator give a poor impression of the entire residence. Regular professional maintenance prevents the deterioration of floor coverings, paintwork and shared equipment, avoiding far higher renovation costs in the long run.
A clean entrance hall is a building that inspires confidence.
