Yes, we provide all necessary cleaning products and equipment (mops, microfiber cloths, products suitable for each surface, etc.), except for the vacuum cleaner and iron which must be provided by the client.
We exclusively use certified professional products. These products are safe for children, pets, and sensitive individuals. The cleanliness of your interior should never come at the expense of your health.
Yes, our goal is to have as few different people as possible visiting your home. We assign a regular cleaner to each client to ensure a personalized and trustworthy service.

Technical Questions

We adapt our cleaning products to every type of flooring and surface. On marble, we use pH-neutral cleaners to preserve the natural stone. For oiled parquet, a gentle solvent-free specific soap. On brushed stainless steel, a non-abrasive cleaner and a microfiber cloth wiped along the brush grain. Our team based in Bettembourg is trained to identify each surface before any intervention. We give priority to products carrying the EU Ecolabel or equivalent, when compatible with the required effectiveness. All our products comply with Luxembourg and European detergent regulations (REACH, CLP). On request, we can provide the safety data sheets (SDS) of the products used at your place. Equipment is cleaned and disinfected after every intervention. Microfiber cloths are washed at 60 C minimum between two clients. Buckets, squeegees and accessories are rinsed and disinfected with a virucidal product. For higher-risk cases (medical, post-illness), we use dedicated single-use equipment. This procedure is tracked in our internal planning.
For everyday interventions, we use telescopic poles (up to 6-8 m) with professional squeegees and washers. For greater heights or hard-to-access areas (stairwells, glass roofs), we work with safety stepladders or use a partner provider for an aerial lift or scaffolding. All work at height complies with Luxembourg ITM (Inspection du travail et des mines) safety rules.
Depending on the carpet's condition and fiber, we offer several methods: hot water extraction (most effective for deep cleaning), foam shampoo for delicate rugs, or steam cleaning for chemical-free disinfection. A preliminary test is done on a discreet area to check colorfastness. Drying time ranges from 2 to 6 hours depending on the method.
Yes. On fabric sofas, we apply a hot water extraction method using a stain remover suited to synthetic or natural fibers. For leather, we use a pH-neutral cleaner followed by a nourishing care (milk or wax) to preserve suppleness. Before any intervention, we identify the leather type (full grain, pigmented, nubuck) since some, like nubuck, require specific treatment. More details on upholstery and carpet cleaning.
Each stain type calls for a different treatment: red wine = immediate absorption then enzymatic stain remover, ink = alcohol-based solvent or specific product, grease = high-pH alkaline degreaser, mold = professional fungicide. The earlier a stain is treated, the better the result. We cannot guarantee 100% removal on old stains or fragile surfaces, but we always work in steps from mildest to strongest.
Yes, post-construction cleaning follows a 3-phase protocol: (1) coarse dust removal from ceilings, walls and floors using industrial HEPA-filter vacuum cleaners for cement and plasterboard dust, (2) removal of stuck residues (paint, silicone, labels) with appropriate products, (3) finishing cleaning of windows, sanitary fittings and floors. This service is detailed on post-renovation cleaning.
Our staff have personal protective equipment suited to each mission: detergent-resistant nitrile gloves, anti-slip safety shoes, aprons or professional uniforms, FFP2 masks for dusty environments (post-construction) or with biological risk (post-illness). PPE is renewed regularly and a backup stock is kept in every vehicle.
Household waste is disposed of in the client's sorting bins (Valorlux, paper, glass, residual) following Luxembourg's waste sorting rules. For specific waste (rubble, bulky items, hazardous waste) generated by post-construction cleaning, we propose either disposal at a SuperDrecksKescht center or placement in a skip provided by the client. The quote always specifies this point.
Yes. For allergy-sensitive clients (dust mites, pollen, pet hair) or post-construction cleaning, we have professional vacuum cleaners with HEPA H13 filters, which retain 99.95% of particles down to 0.3 micron. Please mention your need when booking so we mobilize the right equipment. Note: for regular interventions the vacuum cleaner is provided by the client.
For medical, physio or dental practices and paramedical premises, we apply a 3-step bio-cleaning protocol: cleaning / rinsing / disinfection with virucidal and bactericidal products meeting EN 14476 and EN 1276. Frequency is adapted to the sensitivity of each area (waiting room, treatment room, sanitary facilities) and interventions are traceable. In case of norovirus, gastro-enteritis or other contagious illness, we apply a reinforced protocol: full PPE (gloves, FFP2 mask, gown), EN 14476 virucidal disinfectants, specific treatment of contact points (handles, switches, taps, remote controls), and prolonged ventilation. Equipment is dedicated to the intervention then decontaminated. Please tell us about the situation when booking so we mobilize the protocol.
Yes. We use telescopic poles fitted with microfiber washers and professional squeegees. The product is a pH-neutral window cleaner diluted in water of controlled hardness, completed with a microfiber finishing wipe. This combination strongly limits streaks and reflections. For very high windows or those inaccessible from indoors, we refer to a specialist aerial-lift partner.
On regular maintenance, if an area was not cleaned to your satisfaction, let us know within 48 hours after the intervention. We come back free of charge to retreat the area concerned in a quickly arranged slot. This guarantee excludes old stains and pre-existing damage. Our goal: a long-term satisfied client, with no contractual commitment.

Commitment & Contracts

We work with contracts without duration commitment. To terminate, a simple 15 calendar days notice is sufficient. We firmly believe that customer loyalty must be earned through quality of work, not contractual constraints.
To modify or cancel a service, simply contact us by phone at +352 691 732 048 or by email. We ask for 24 hours notice for modifications and 72 hours for cancellations, so we can reorganize our team schedules.
No problem, we are insured! Our professional liability insurance covers accidental damage. In case of breakage, report it to us quickly and we will handle the procedures.

We adapt to your activity and, when needed, work outside your business hours : before your team arrives or after closing, depending on your constraints. Time slots are agreed together when the contract is set up.
No, and this is a deliberate choice for businesses : the service is delivered by a team, which ensures continuity of service even during absences (holidays, sickness). Your premises stay spotless at every visit, without interruption. (For private clients, by contrast, we favour a dedicated cleaner.)
Yes. Business services are governed by a contract tailored to your frequency and needs (unlike private clients, who remain with no fixed-term commitment). This secures the regularity of the service for both sides. Every assignment is covered by a bespoke quote.

The doctor remains responsible for the hygiene of their practice and for regulatory compliance. On our side, we apply a bio-cleaning protocol (cleaning, rinsing, disinfection with virucidal and bactericidal products). We do not handle clinical waste (DASRI) : its collection is the responsibility of a licensed contractor appointed by the practice.
