2 Data Collected

As part of our cleaning services for both private households and business customers, we process personal data. For services to private households, we collect the following data (data specific to business customers is detailed in the "Business customers' data" section below):

First and last name
Postal address (service location)
Phone number
Email address
Property details (area, type of property)

This data is collected via our contact form, appointment form, by phone or during the assessment visit.

3 Purposes of Processing

Managing quote requests and appointments
Executing the cleaning service contract
Invoicing and accounting
Communication about our services (with consent only)
Compliance with legal obligations

4 Legal Basis

Processing is based on: contract performance (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR), consent for marketing communications (Article 6(1)(a)), legitimate interests (Article 6(1)(f)), and compliance with legal obligations (Article 6(1)(c)).

5 Data Recipients

Your data is only shared with those strictly necessary: Fast Clean staff assigned to your service, our accountant, and competent authorities when legally required. We do not sell or rent your data to third parties. Our forms use a technical service provider to transmit and process messages.

6 Data Transfers Outside the EU

Some of the technical service providers we use may process data outside the European Union. The recipient categories concerned are:

Technical form service provider: transmission and processing of messages sent through our contact and appointment forms.
Google LLC (United States): Google Maps for map display and Google Analytics 4, loaded via Google Tag Manager, for audience measurement.

According to the information provided by these providers, these transfers are governed by the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and/or by the Standard Contractual Clauses adopted by the European Commission, which are intended to ensure an appropriate level of protection for your data.

7 Your Rights

Under the GDPR, you have the following rights:

Right of access: obtain confirmation of processing and receive a copy of your data
Right to rectification: correct inaccurate or incomplete data
Right to erasure: request deletion of your data
Right to restriction: restrict processing of your data
Right to data portability: receive your data in a structured format
Right to object: object to the processing of your data

8 Cookies, audience measurement and browser storage

Our website uses a strictly necessary cookie to remember your choices. Audience measurement uses Google Analytics 4, loaded via Google Tag Manager only if you accept the “Audience measurement” category. We do not use advertising cookies.

You can accept, decline or change your choices separately for audience measurement and external media through the cookie banner or the “Manage cookies” link at the bottom of every page.

External media (loaded only after consent)

Google Maps is loaded on the contact page only after you accept the “External media” category. Loading the map may transmit data to Google.

Data stored locally

Some features store information only in your browser so that you can keep your progress:

your cookie choices are stored for 365 days;
settings entered in our tools remain available for 30 days and are deleted the next time you open the tool after that period; you can also erase them directly from the tool;
details prepared for a form can be used for 30 minutes; they are removed from the tab's session storage when the form retrieves them or, if the form is not opened, at the end of the tab session;
your browser may cache static website files to display pages faster. Messages and form submissions are not stored in this cache. It is replaced when a new version of the website is released or can be cleared through your browser.

9 Data Security

Fast Clean implements appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your personal data against unauthorised access, alteration, disclosure or destruction. Our website is protected by an SSL certificate (HTTPS) and enhanced HTTP security headers.

10 Business customers' data

In addition to its services for private households, Fast Clean offers cleaning services for business customers (small structures, offices, shops, liberal professions, co-ownerships via property managers). When a business customer requests a quote through our professional quote form, we collect the following data:

Company name
Business sector
Area to be cleaned (in m²)
Desired cleaning frequency
Preferred time slot
Name, email address and phone number of the contact person

Purpose: This data is processed for the sole purpose of reviewing your request, preparing a tailored quote and, where applicable, concluding and performing a maintenance (recurring cleaning) contract.

Legal basis: Processing is based on the performance of pre-contractual measures taken at your request (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR) as well as on our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries and developing our professional activity (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR). Submitting this form constitutes information about the processing of your data and does not require prior consent.
