2 Data Collected
As part of our cleaning services for both private households and business customers, we process personal data. Data specific to business customers is described in section 10. When you ask for a quote or a home visit as a private customer, we receive:
- your first and last name;
- your email address;
- your phone number (required for a visit, optional for a quote);
- your city and the address of the home to be cleaned (street and number: required for a visit, optional for a quote);
- the service you are interested in;
- for a visit, your preferred date and time;
- your message, if you write one.
We also receive whatever you tell us by phone, by email or during the home visit.
Fields marked with an asterisk (*) are needed to handle your request: without them, we cannot reply to you. All other fields are optional. Please do not include medical details. If an allergy matters for the cleaning (dust, a product), simply let us know: we only use this information to choose the products and equipment.
3 Purposes of Processing
- Managing quote requests and appointments

- Audience measurement on the website, only with your consent (section 8)

4 Legal Basis
We process your data on the following legal bases:
- your quote or visit requests: to answer your request before any contract is signed (pre-contractual steps, Article 6(1)(b) GDPR);
- the cleaning contract: its performance (same article);
- invoicing and accounting: our legal obligations (Article 6(1)(c) GDPR);
- audience measurement (Google Analytics) and the map (Google Maps): your consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR), given in the cookie banner;
- communication about our services, only if you have agreed to it: your consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR);
- the security of the website and our forms (for example, an invisible field helps to block automated submissions) and our replies to contact persons at business customers (section 10): our legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).
5 Data Recipients
Your data is only shared with the people and organisations that need it:
- Fast Clean staff who handle your request or work at your home;
- our technical service providers, acting on our behalf:
- Formspree, which receives the website's forms and forwards them to us by email;
- Hostinger International Ltd (Cyprus), which hosts the website (your forms do not pass through this server: they are sent directly to Formspree);
- our email provider;
- Google, for audience measurement and the map, only if you accept (section 8);
- our accountant;
- our insurer, if damage is reported (chapter 5 of our terms and conditions);
- public authorities, when the law requires it.
We do not sell or rent your data.
6 Data Transfers Outside the EU
Some of the technical service providers we use may process data outside the European Union. The recipient categories concerned are:
- Formspree (forms): transmission and processing of messages sent through our forms.
- Google LLC (United States): Google Maps for map display and Google Analytics 4, loaded via Google Tag Manager, for audience measurement.
According to the information provided by these providers, these transfers are governed by the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and/or by the Standard Contractual Clauses adopted by the European Commission, which are intended to ensure an appropriate level of protection for your data.

7 Your Rights
Under the GDPR, you have the following rights:
- Right of access: obtain confirmation of processing and receive a copy of your data
- Right to rectification: correct inaccurate or incomplete data
- Right to erasure: request deletion of your data
- Right to restriction: restrict processing of your data
- Right to data portability: receive your data in a structured format
- Right to object: object to processing based on our legitimate interest (see below)
- Withdrawal of consent: withdraw any consent you have given at any time, for example for cookies (section 8)
Right to object. Where we process your data on the basis of our legitimate interest (section 4), you may object at any time, on grounds relating to your particular situation. We will then stop that processing, unless we have compelling legitimate grounds to continue it, or we need it to assert or defend our rights in court.
To exercise these rights, write to us at contact@fastclean.lu or by post to Fast Clean Sarl, 144 ZAE Wolser A, 3225 Bettembourg. There is no charge for this. We reply as soon as possible and within one month at the latest. If your request is complex or we receive a large number of requests, this period may be extended by two months: in that case, we will tell you within the first month and explain why. If we have reasonable doubts about your identity, we may ask you for information to confirm it.
If you believe that your data is not being processed in line with the GDPR, you may lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority, in particular in the country where you live or work. In Luxembourg: Commission nationale pour la protection des données (CNPD), 15, Boulevard du Jazz, L-4370 Belvaux, or online using the CNPD complaint form. You can also write to us first: we will look for a solution with you.
9 Data Security
We protect your data through technical means and the way we organise our work. The website uses an encrypted connection (HTTPS).
10 Business customers' data
In addition to its services for private households, Fast Clean offers cleaning services for business customers (small businesses, offices, shops, independent professionals, co-ownerships via property managers). When a business customer requests a quote through our professional quote form, we collect the following data:
- name of the company or practice (optional);
- name and email address of the contact person;
- preferred way of contact (email or call-back) and phone number (only required if you ask us to call you back);
- municipality;
- sector, approximate area, desired frequency and time slot (optional);
- your message;
- the address of the page from which you send the request.
Purpose: This data is used to review your request, prepare a tailored quote and, where applicable, conclude and perform a maintenance (recurring cleaning) contract.
Legal basis: Processing is based on the performance of pre-contractual measures taken at your request (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR) as well as on our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries and developing our professional activity (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR). Your consent is not the basis for this processing.

11 Job Applications
If you apply for one of our job openings, your CV and message, sent to recrutement@fastclean.lu, are processed by Fast Clean Sarl to review your application and get back to you (steps taken at your request before entering into a contract, Article 6(1)(b) GDPR). You have the rights described in section 7.
12 Policy Changes
Fast Clean reserves the right to modify this privacy policy at any time. The date of the last update will be indicated at the bottom of this page.
