2 Data Collected

As part of our cleaning services for private households, we collect the following data:

• First and last name
• Postal address (service location)
• Phone number
• Email address
• Property details (area, type of property)

This data is collected via our contact form, appointment form, by phone or during the assessment visit.

3 Purposes of Processing

• Managing quote requests and appointments
• Executing the cleaning service contract
• Invoicing and accounting
• Communication about our services (with consent only)
• Compliance with legal obligations

4 Legal Basis

Processing is based on: contract performance (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR), consent for marketing communications (Article 6(1)(a)), legitimate interests (Article 6(1)(f)), and compliance with legal obligations (Article 6(1)(c)).

5 Data Retention

Your data is retained for the duration of the contract, then 3 years after the end of the business relationship for customer data, and 10 years for accounting records in accordance with Luxembourg law. Prospecting data is retained for 3 years from the last contact.

6 Data Recipients

Your data is only shared with those strictly necessary: Fast Clean staff assigned to your service, our accountant, and competent authorities when legally required. We do not sell or rent your data to third parties. Our contact forms use the Formspree service for technical message processing.

• Right to rectification: correct inaccurate or incomplete data

Fast Clean implements appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your personal data against unauthorised access, alteration, disclosure or destruction. Our website is protected by an SSL certificate (HTTPS) and enhanced HTTP security headers.
