Why FastClean for your practice
A medical practice calls for rigour, regularity and discretion. We built our medical and dental practice cleaning service around these very concrete needs.
Rigorous protocol
We follow a written, consistent method: from the cleanest to the dirtiest, top to bottom, with particular care for high-touch surfaces.
A trained team
A dedicated team trained on your protocol, rather than reliance on a single person. They know your sensitive areas, and if someone is away the service continues without interruption, following the same protocol.
Discretion
A practice is a sensitive place. We work discreetly, outside opening hours, with respect for the setting and your patients.
A solution tailored to your needs
You adjust the frequency to match your activity, and we review it together as your practice evolves. We rely on quality.

Our bio-cleaning protocol
Bio-cleaning combines a clean that removes soiling with a disinfection that reduces micro-organisms. We work from the cleanest to the dirtiest and top to bottom, so we never re-contaminate a surface that has already been treated.
High-touch surfaces
Handles, switches, armrests, reception counter, card reader, examination couch: we disinfect first the points most often touched by patients and staff.
Waiting room
Seats, low tables, any toys, floors and contact points: the waiting room concentrates footfall and receives careful attention at every visit.
Treatment room
Thorough clean at the end of the day: work surfaces, treatment furniture, floors and contact points, in line with the protocol you approve.
Washrooms
Full cleaning and disinfection of the washrooms, with dedicated equipment to prevent any transfer to other areas.
We use disinfectant products authorised in Luxembourg, following the dosages and contact times stated by the manufacturers. Equipment is colour-coded by area (treatment room, washrooms, common areas) to prevent cross-contamination.

Our protocol and products
We work with disinfectant products authorised in Luxembourg, following the recommended dosages and contact times. The protocol is written down, agreed with you, and applied in the same way at every visit.
Equipment is colour-coded by area to prevent cross-contamination between the treatment room, washrooms and common areas. Please note: in Luxembourg there is no mandatory regulatory certification of the provider for cleaning a community-based practice; it is the rigour of the protocol agreed with you that delivers the quality of the result.
How often?
A medical practice often calls for daily cleaning carried out outside opening hours, complemented by a regular thorough clean of the treatment room.
Our advice: a daily visit outside opening hours for high-touch surfaces, the waiting room and the washrooms, plus a thorough clean of the treatment room at the end of the day. We fine-tune this rhythm with you according to your activity and your speciality.

Frequently asked questions about medical practice cleaning
Do you work outside opening hours?
Yes. We usually work outside opening hours, early in the morning before patients arrive or in the evening after the last appointment. This allows a thorough clean of the treatment room without disrupting your work.
Who remains responsible for hygiene?
The doctor remains responsible for hygiene in their practice; we apply the protocol agreed with them. Our role is to carry out the bio-cleaning you approve rigorously, using disinfectant products authorised in Luxembourg.
Do you handle clinical waste?
No. We do not handle clinical waste (needles, soiled dressings): its disposal is the responsibility of the practice through an approved collector. We take care of ordinary household waste and the cleaning of the premises.
Who looks after our practice?
A dedicated team trained on your protocol, rather than reliance on a single person. Your practice stays spotless at every visit, and if someone is away the service continues without interruption, following the same protocol. The team knows your access points and your priorities.
