Are you a private individual, not a property manager? This page is for managers of residential buildings. For cleaning as an owner or resident, see our Apartment Building Cleaning page.
A service agreed with the property manager
Every building has its own access arrangements and requirements. The site visit is used to define the communal area cleaning before it is clearly recorded in the quote.
A scope for each building
The site visit identifies the communal areas concerned. The quote then sets out which areas are to be maintained in that building.
Suitable time slots
Visits can take place during the day, before opening or after closing. The agreed time slot is stated in the quote.
Frequency after the site visit
The frequency depends on the building and the areas selected. It is agreed after the site visit and entered in the quote.
Corridors and cellars by quote
Corridors and cellars form part of the service only when they are expressly included in the scope of the quote.
Directly accessible windows
Directly accessible windows can be included inside and outside. If special equipment or a specialist is required, this is defined in the quote.
We aim to reply within 48 hours
We aim to reply to quote requests within 48 hours. This timeframe concerns our reply to the enquiry, not the start of the cleaning service.
What the quote sets out
The service covers the communal areas selected after the site visit. Nothing is added automatically: the scope is tailored to the building.
- Communal areas identified during the site visit
- Corridors when listed in the quote
- Cellars when listed in the quote
- Directly accessible windows, inside and outside
- Special equipment stated if required
- A specialist specified in the quote if required
An arrangement for each building
Frequency, scope and time slots are agreed after the site visit and recorded in the building's quote.
For time slots: visits can be arranged during the day, before opening or after closing, depending on what is stated in the quote.
Residential blocks in the south and nearby border areas
We work in southern Luxembourg and in areas to the east and west near the borders. The places mentioned on the website are not an exhaustive list; simply include the building's location in your request.
