How often?
From 1 to 3 visits per week depending on the size of the building, the number of units and how busy the communal areas are.
A rule of thumb: a small block is often fine with a weekly visit; a medium-sized building with a twice-weekly rhythm; a large building with a lift and heavy footfall with 2 to 3 visits. We agree the frequency with the manager and fine-tune it after the first few weeks.

Who orders the service, the property manager or the owners?
The service is ordered and managed by the property manager or the residents' committee on behalf of the building. We prepare the quote per building, sign the agreement with the manager and invoice according to the agreed terms. You have a single point of contact.
How often do you clean the communal areas?
From 1 to 3 visits per week depending on the size of the building, the number of units and how busy it is. A small block is often happy with a weekly visit; a large building with a lift needs two or more.
Do you clean the inside of the apartments?
No. This service covers only the communal areas. The inside of the apartments is private property and is not included. An owner who wants their own home cleaned can look at our service for private households.
