The Pôle Européen de Développement was created in 1985 to reconvert former steel-industry wasteland, around the point where Luxembourg, France and Belgium meet, between Rodange, Longwy and Athus.
On the Luxembourg side, the zone lies in Rodange, in the municipality of Pétange, at the start of the A13 and a stone's throw from Rodange railway station. It is home to a fabric of SMEs, distribution and light logistics, workshops with offices, showrooms and service firms.
That is exactly our ground: we look after neither industrial sites nor major works, but the premises of small businesses, where the reception, the offices and the washrooms have to stay spotless.
