Before talking budget, we need to agree on the scope and the rhythm. This tool helps you put down in black and white what needs to be maintained on your premises, area by area, and how often. We come from cleaning private homes, a school of detail that shapes our expertise: we apply it to the premises of small businesses across southern Luxembourg.
The result is an indicative document. It contains neither prices nor durations: it serves as a basis for discussion, which we fine-tune together when we prepare your quote. Nothing is imposed, everything stays open.

Frequently asked questions
Does this tool give me a price?
No. It calculates neither price nor duration. It produces an indicative specification (areas and cadences) that serves as a basis for discussion; the price is set together when we prepare your quote, after we have seen your premises.
What does "cadence" mean?
It is how often an area is cleaned: daily, several times a week, weekly, monthly or on request. It is never the duration of a visit.
Am I committed by generating a plan?
Not at all. Nothing is sent until you click "Get my business quote". The plan stays on your device and you can edit it as many times as you like.
And for a medical practice?
The doctor remains responsible for hygiene in their practice; we apply the protocol agreed with them. In Luxembourg there is no mandatory regulatory certification of the provider for cleaning a community-based practice.
